Requests relating to genuine technical faults within Made By Jayke's control will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

All digital products are sold under a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence.

The content is provided solely for your personal learning and enjoyment.

You must not:

• Share your account or access with another person.

• Copy, reproduce, record, or distribute the content.

• Upload the content to websites, social media, cloud storage platforms, or file-sharing services.

• Teach, coach, train, demonstrate, or deliver the content to others.

• Create workshops, courses, tutorials, or educational materials based upon Made By Jayke content.

• Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit any digital content.

• Remove branding, logos, copyright notices, or ownership information.

Made By Jayke reserves the right to revoke access without refund where this licence is breached.

5. Intellectual Property

All digital content, workshops, tutorials, videos, downloads, guides, templates, certificates, photographs, designs, text, graphics, branding, logos, and educational materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of Made By Jayke.

Purchase of a digital product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.

All rights are reserved.

6. Products Created Using Workshop Techniques

Customers may create and sell floral arrangements or products made using techniques learned from Made By Jayke digital workshops and tutorials.

However, customers may not:

• Copy or distribute the educational content itself.

• Teach the workshop or course as their own.

• Reproduce or resell workshop materials.

• Claim affiliation with, endorsement from, or accreditation by Made By Jayke without written permission.

• Market products as official Made By Jayke products.

7. Certificates

Any certificate issued by Made By Jayke is provided solely as a commemorative record of attendance or completion.

Certificates do not constitute:

• A professional qualification

• An accredited award

• A licence to practise

• A competency assessment

• A recognised educational certification

Certificates may not be altered, reproduced, or used in a misleading manner.

8. Safety Disclaimer

All digital content is provided for educational, informational, creative, and recreational purposes only.

Participation in any workshop, tutorial, demonstration, or course is entirely voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

Participants are solely responsible for the safe use of all flowers, foliage, floral foam, tools, equipment, scissors, knives, wires, adhesives, containers, and materials used during participation.

Children and vulnerable individuals should be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Made By Jayke accepts no responsibility or liability for any injury, illness, allergic reaction, damage, loss, expense, or claim arising from participation in any digital product, workshop, tutorial, or course, or from the use of any techniques, materials, tools, or products demonstrated.

Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits any liability which cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Made By Jayke shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or economic losses arising from the purchase, access, or use of any digital product.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Loss of profits

• Loss of revenue

• Loss of business

• Loss of opportunity

• Loss of reputation

• Loss of data

Any liability arising from a digital product purchase shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant product.

10. Insurance

Made By Jayke maintains business insurance, including Public Liability Insurance, subject to policy terms, conditions, exclusions, and limits of indemnity.

The existence of insurance does not create any additional rights, guarantees, warranties, obligations, or liabilities beyond those required by law.

11. Suspension or Termination of Access

Made By Jayke reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate access to any digital product where:

• These terms are breached.

• Unauthorised sharing is identified.

• Fraudulent activity is suspected.

• Copyright infringement occurs.

• Workshop content is copied, redistributed, or commercially exploited without permission.

Where access is terminated as a result of a breach of this Policy, no refund will be due.

12. Changes to Digital Products

Made By Jayke reserves the right to amend, improve, update, replace, or discontinue digital content where reasonably necessary.

Minor updates, corrections, improvements, or content changes do not entitle customers to a refund.

13. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute arising from the purchase or use of digital products supplied by Made By Jayke shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
