Made By Jayke is an independent florist based in West Yorkshire, United Kingdom, specialising in fresh flowers, bouquets, gifts, and bespoke floral arrangements.

3. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to:

Wakefield

Huddersfield

Castleford

Pontefract
Orders outside these areas may be cancelled and refunded.
4. Product Availability & Substitutions
Flowers are seasonal, so some varieties may not always be available.
We may substitute flowers, foliage, packaging, or accessories with items of equal or greater value. The overall style, colour palette, and design will always be maintained.
By placing an order, you agree that reasonable substitutions may be made where required.
5. Pricing & Order Accuracy
We aim to ensure all prices and product details are correct.
If a pricing or product error is found, we may cancel or amend the order. You will always be offered the choice to continue at the correct price or receive a full refund.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary.
6. Payments
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase through our secure payment system.
You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order has been placed.
7. Delivery
We aim to deliver on your chosen date, but delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
If the recipient is not available, we may:

Leave the flowers in a safe place

Leave with a neighbour

Follow any reasonable delivery instructions
If delivery fails due to incorrect information or access issues, additional charges may apply.
Once delivered (including safe place or neighbour delivery), responsibility for the order passes to the customer/recipient.
We are not responsible for damage, loss, or deterioration after delivery has been completed.
8. Third-Party Couriers
Some deliveries may be carried out by trusted third-party couriers such as:

Other courier partners
Once your order is handed to a courier, they are responsible for delivery.
We are not liable for delays, missed deliveries, or handling issues caused by couriers, but we will always assist where possible.
9. Images & Product Variation
All images are for illustration purposes only.
Because flowers are natural and seasonal, your arrangement may differ slightly from the photos shown.
10. Care & Allergies
Please follow all care instructions provided to keep your flowers fresh.
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care after delivery.
Some flowers may contain pollen or natural materials that could cause allergic reactions.
11. Cancellations, Refunds & Returns
Because flowers are perishable and often made to order:

Cancellations may only be accepted before preparation begins

Once preparation starts, refunds may not be available
If a refund is agreed, we may deduct reasonable costs such as:

Materials already purchased

Delivery costs
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours with photos and we will resolve it.
12. Consumer Rights
Your statutory rights are not affected.
You are entitled to remedies if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose under UK consumer law.
13. Cooling-Off Period
Due to the perishable and bespoke nature of flowers, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply once preparation has started or where items are personalised or made to order.
14. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, including:

Traffic or transport disruption

Courier delays

Supplier shortages

Strikes or accidents
15. Bespoke Orders
Custom or personalised arrangements may not be cancelled once preparation has begun unless faulty or incorrect.
16. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (images, branding, text, logos) belongs to Made By Jayke and may not be copied or used without permission.
